NEWS FROM JANUARY

Greetings!!!

The executive committee has been working on all of the information to send to 
the law officer to secure our lease of the building.  We have some exciting 
dates to share with you:

State Representative Bill Hayes will be visiting us on Friday, February 18th.                                   
He is very interested in promoting our project.

February 24th-Thursday 4-7 PM at Trotters we are co-sponsoring a Wine and 
hors'oeuvres after-hours fundraising event.  Cost is $15.00 to the general 
public-Chamber of Commerce members get a 10% discount. PLEASE COME OUT! 

On April 9th-Saturday from 1 PM to 8PM the Eagles ( Uptown New Lexington) is sponsoring a funraiser for the building.  
There will be a silent/Chinese auction, a wine tasting, food, and a 
live auction.  We are looking for silent auction and live auction items, plus 
workers.  Please put this event on your calendar and plan to help and/or 
attend.
