HEADLINE: MYSTERY-DINNER TICKETS NOW ON SALE
The Perry County Calvary Arts Center will be presenting Class Reunion a mystery-dinner production. The cost is $25.00 and includes the dinner and production. The show is a major fundraiser for the nonprofit group and will be presented at three locations: January 19th, at the CAC in New Lexington; January 20th at the Tecumseh Theater in Shawnee; and January 21st at Burr Oak Lodge. Only 60 tickets will be sold for the New Lexington and Shawnee productions and the menu consists of: Grilled Chicken, Roasted Red Skin Potatoes, Green Beans, Side Salad, Rolls, Dessert, and beverages is catered by Hunter’s Run. Tickets for the CAC show are available at Ogden’s Insurance and Thompson’s Insurance Thornville. Go to tecumsehtheater.org to purchase tickets for the Shawnee show. Burr Oak will feature their own buffet and tickets to the show are available by calling 740-767-2772 for reservations.
This production written by Betsy A. Martin takes place at the 50 year class reunion of Bumble Bee HS. Unfortunately, a classmate dies and the audience is charged with figuring out “whodunit”. The cast includes: Maryann Headley, Rita Ervin, Jane Beattie, Barb Shiplett, Dave Brehm, Roger Dusenberry, Rob Dishon, Dave Beattie, and Scott Ervin. Some audience members will also be asked to play parts.
